BEAM PLUS and Eco Flooring

BEAM Plus is set of sustainability performance criteria relating to the planning, design, construction, commissioning, fitting out, management, operation and maintenance of a building. It is recognized and certified by the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC).

BEAM Plus Interiors is designed to assess non-domestic fit-out projects including office premises, retail premises, restaurants, hotels, educational and institutional facilities. The assessment of interior spaces comprises seven key performance aspects. Two aspects are closely related to Eco Flooring.
